Italian Sausage Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 500 g pkg Marcangelo Sausages

  • 5 500 g pkgs frozen stir-fry style mixed vegetables

  • 2 tbsp each soy sauce, hoisin sauce & water

  • 1 tbsp lightly toasted sesame seeds

  • 4 cups freshly cooked rice or pasta

Cooking Instructions

Cook sausages as directed on package; cut into thick slices. Return to fry pan with frozen vegetable mix, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and water. Cook and stir until vegetables are cooked through; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with rice or noodle.
