Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Barbecue (for best results)
Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush grill with vegetable oil.
Cook for 23 to 28 minutes, turning once or twice.
Preheat non-stick or oiled frying pan to medium-low heat.
Cook for 25 to 28 minutes, turning at least once.
