HEAT FROM FROZEN
Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Brush grill with vegetable oil.
Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
Heat burgers for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
Place 1 or 2 burgers on a microwaveable plate.
Microwave on High for 1.5 to 2 minutes for 1 burger, 2.5 to 3 minutes for 2 burgers.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Place burgers in skillet, cover, and heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
