Ingredients: Beef • Carrots • Onions • Water • Gravy (modified corn starch, sugar, tomato powder, caramel powder) • Vinegar (vinegar, sodium hydrate, potassium hydrate) • Yeast extract • Salt • Seasoning (yeast extract, natural flavour, salt) • Corn starch • Dehydrated garlic • Dehydrated onion.

Cooking Instructions


Based on 1000 watt microwave.

  • Cut open sealed pouch, empty contents into provided tray and cover.

  • Heat on High for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through heating time.

  • Remove from microwave carefully; contents will be hot. Allow to rest before consuming.


  • Bring a large pot of water to boil.

  • Reduce heat to Low, and carefully place sealed pouch into water. Ensure there is enough water to completely surround the pouch.

  • Cover pot and let sit for 18-20 minutes.

  • Remove pouch from pot carefully. Transfer to provided tray or serving dish. Slice, serve, enjoy!
