Cooking Instructions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking.

BBQ

• Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat barbecueto medium-low heat.

• Remove skewers from package and place on grill.

• Grill for 7 to 9 minutes, turning occasionally.

FRYING PAN

• Remove skewers from package and place innonstick frying pan.

• Cook over medium heat for 9 to 10 minutes,turning occasionally.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

• Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

• Remove skewers from packaging and place on

foil or parchment-lined baking sheet.

• Cook for 14 to 16 minutes, turning once.
