Cooking Instructions

Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).


  • Cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Turn once or twice.

Frying Pan

  • Cook on medium heat in non-stick pan for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Turn occasionally.


  • Cook on foil-lined baking sheet, sprayed with cooking spray.

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Cook for 18 to 20 minutes.

  • Turn once or twice.

Clamshell Grill

  • Cook on a preheated grill set at medium for 6 to 8 minutes.

  • Turn once or twice.
