Cook from frozen. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Remove frozen skewers from package and place on the grill, frying pan, or in the oven as a block and separate as they become warm. Season with salt, spices and/or lemon juice immediately after cooking.
Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat barbecue to medium.
Grill for 10 to 13 minutes, turning frequently until browned.
Preheat non-stick fry pan over medium high heat.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and place skewers on foil or parchment lined baking sheet.
Cook for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once or twice.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Cook for 4 to 6 minutes.
