May contain: Egg.

Cooking Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN Separate Easy Peel Packaging at corner and peel back to open. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). TIP: Remove frozen skewers from package and place on the grill, in a frying pan or in the oven as a block and separate as they become warm. BBQ • Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat barbecue to medium. • Grill for 10 to 13 minutes, turning frequently until browned. FRYING PAN • Preheat non-stick fry pan over medium high heat. • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently. CONVENTIONAL OVEN • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and place skewers on foil or parchment lined baking sheet. • Cook for 20 to 22 minutes, turning once or twice. APPLIANCES VARY; THESE ARE GUIDELINES ONLY. TIP: Season with salt, spices and/or lemon juice immediately after cooking.
