Cooking Instructions
COOK FROM FROZEN
Separate Easy Peel Packaging at corner and peel back to open.
TIP: Remove frozen skewers from package and place on the grill, in a frying pan or in the oven as a block and separate as they become warm.
BBQ
Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat barbecue to medium.
Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently until browned.
FRYING PAN
Preheat non-stick fry pan over medium high heat.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and place skewers on foil or parchment lined baking sheet.
Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, turning once or twice. APPLIANCES VARY; THESE ARE GUIDELINES ONLY.
TIP: Season with salt, spices and/or lemon juice immediately after cooking.
