Cooking Instructions

Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If frozen, thaw product before cooking.

FRYING PAN

  • Remove product from packaging.

  • Place on a pre-heated, lightly oiled frying pan.

  • Pan fry for 8 to 9 minutes, turning occasionally for even colour.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Remove product from packaging and place on a lined baking sheet.

  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

BBQ

  • Brush or spray grill with oil and preheat to medium heat.

  • Remove product from packaging and place on the grill.

  • Cook for 7 to 9 minutes, turning once or twice.
