Pork • Water • Parmesan cheese (milk) • Salt • Flavour • Spice • Paprika • Dehydrated garlic • Corn starch • Dehydrated parsley.

Cooking Instructions

Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking.

WITH SAUCE

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally until well browned on all sides, about 6 minutes.

  • Transfer meatballs to a plate lined with paper towel.

  • Wipe out skillet, add favourite tomato sauce and bring to a boil.

  • Return meatballs to skillet and simmer until cooked through, about 15 minutes.

WITHOUT SAUCE

  • Follow the first 3 instructions above, but cook meatballs in skillet for about 20 minutes.

  • Serve with roasted potatoes and favourite vegetables.

  • Or preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  • Place meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet and heat in oven on middle rack for about 15–20 minutes, turning meatballs once.
