Beef • Onion • Water • Seasoning (sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice powder (corn syrup solids, lemon juice solids, natural flavour), paprika, dehydrated lemon peel, spices, flavour) • Parsley • Salt • Potato fibre • Flavour.

Cooking Instructions

Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

BBQ (Recommended)

  • Preheat grill on medium heat.

  • Brush grill with vegetable oil.

  • Grill Kofta with lid down, turning once or twice, for 16-22 minutes.

STOVE TOP

  • Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or frying pan over low heat.

  • Add kofta, turning often until browned on all sides, for 14-18 minutes.

OVEN

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Place kofta in a single layer on foil-lined baking sheet.

  • Transfer to oven and cook on the middle rack for 28-34 minutes turning kofta once.
