Cooking Instructions
Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
BBQ (Recommended)
Preheat grill on medium heat.
Brush grill with vegetable oil.
Grill Kofta with lid down, turning once or twice, for 16-22 minutes.
STOVE TOP
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or frying pan over low heat.
Add kofta, turning often until browned on all sides, for 14-18 minutes.
OVEN
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Place kofta in a single layer on foil-lined baking sheet.
Transfer to oven and cook on the middle rack for 28-34 minutes turning kofta once.
