Chicken Meatballs Italian Style

Chicken • Water • Seasoning (corn starch, sugars [dextrose], salt, onion powder, spice and spice extractive, garlic powder, dehydrated parsley, paprika oil) • Lentil powder • Salt • Rosemary extract. May contain: Egg.

Cooking Instructions
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Conventional Oven
Preheat oven to
400°F (204°C)
Place meatballs in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet
Transfer to oven and cook on the middle rack for 20 to 25 minutes, turning meatballs once
Skillet
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or frying pan over low heat
Add meatballs and cook for 22 to 28 minutes, turning often until well browned on all sides
With Sauce
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat
Brown meatballs, turning frequently for 5 minutes
Add your favourite tomato sauce and bring to a boil
Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes
