Cooking Instructions

Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Frying Pan

WITH SAUCE: Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs, turning occasionally until well browned on all sides, about 6 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a plate lined with a paper towel. Wipe out skillet, add your favourite tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Return meatballs to skillet and simmer until meatballs are cooked through, about 15 minutes.

WITHOUT SAUCE: Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. cook meatballs in skillet for about 15 minutes. Serve with roasted potatoes and your favourite vegetables.

Oven

WITHOUT SAUCE: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place meatballs in a single layer on baking sheet and heat in oven on middle rack for about 15 minutes. Turn meatballs over and continue heating for an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
