Beef • Bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke) • Water • Seasoning (salt, beet juice powder, spice) • Vinegar with natural flavour (dehydrated vinegar, citrus extract, spice) • Cultured dextrose (cultured dextrose, corn maltodextrin) • Sodium phosphates • Seasoning (dehydrated garlic, spices, dehydrated onion, brown sugar, dehydrated red bell pepper, flavour, canola oil).

Cooking Instructions

Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 63°C (145°F). Remove product from packaging.


  • Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times.

  • Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.


  • Preheat oven to 204°C (400°F).

  • Preheat frying pan on medium high.

  • Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of vegetable oil to hot frying pan.

  • Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes.

  • Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
