Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 63°C (145°F). Remove product from packaging.
Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times.
Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Preheat oven to 204°C (400°F).
Preheat frying pan on medium high.
Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of vegetable oil to hot frying pan.
Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes.
Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
