Ingredients:

Seasoned pork loin (pork, water, seasoning [sugars {sugar, molasses powder}, tomato powder, garlic powder, paprika, yeast extract, spices, worcestershire sauce powder [contains sulphites], onion powder, turmeric, paprika extract, citric acid, spices extracts, onion extract), modified vinegar, salt, corn starch, flavour, dehydrated garlic, spice) • Bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke).

Cooking Instructions

Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 71°C (160°F). Remove product from packaging.

GRILL

  • Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times.

  • Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. 

OVEN

  • Preheat oven to 204°C (400°F).

  • Preheat frying pan on medium high.

  • Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of vegetable oil to hot frying pan.

  • Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes.

  • Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
