Cooking Instructions
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking.
Grill
Preheat grill to medium-low heat and brush with vegetable oil
Place pork chops on grill and cook for 18 to 22 minutes, flipping 2 to 3 times throughout the cooking time
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Conventional Oven
Preheat oven to
400°F (204°C)
Place pork chops on a foil-lined baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to
400°F (204°C)
Place pork chops in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 18 to 22 minutes
Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving
