Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  • Remove roast from packaging and place roast onto a foil-lined pan.

  • Let roast REST at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

Transfer roast to the oven and cook to your desired doneness:

  • Medium Rare (145°F / 63°C) 40 - 50 minutes

  • Medium (160°F / 71°C) 50 - 60 minutes

  • Well Done (170°F / 77°C) 60 - 70 minutes
