Ingredients: Pork • Water • Dehydrated apple • Seasoning (dehydrated garlic, spices, dehydrated onion, brown sugar, dehydrated red bell pepper, flavour, canola oil) • Salt • Vinegar (vinegar, sodium hydrate, potassium hydrate) • Flavour • Sugar • Spice.

Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Remove tenderloin from protective packaging and place onto baking tray.

  • Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

  • Remove from tray and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

FOR CONVECTION OVEN, cooking time is 45 minutes to 55 minutes.
