Ingredients: Pork • Water • Sugars (honey, honey powder) • Vinegar • Jalapeno pepper • Dehydrated red bell pepper • Cilantro • Dehydrated pork flavour • Spices • Salt • Dehydrated green bell pepper • Paprika • Dehydrated garlic • Flavour.

Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Remove tenderloin from protective packaging and place onto baking tray.

  • Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

  • Remove from tray and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Convection Oven

  • Cooking time is 45 to 55 minutes.
