Cooking Instructions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).

  • Remove Pork Roast from packaging and place on a foil-lined roasting pan.

  • Cook roast for 2 hours and 50 minutes to 3 hours or until the pop up thermometer pops and the internal temperature of 167˚F (71˚C) is reached.

  • Remove roast from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

  • Carefully remove the pop up thermometer and elastic strings, slice and serve.
