COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Remove Turkey Roast from packaging and place on a foil-lined roasting pan.
Lightly brush Turkey Roast with oil to prevent drying.
Cook roast for 3 hours to 3 hours and 15 minutes or until the pop up thermometer pops and the internal temperature of 165˚F (74˚C) is reached.
Remove roast from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the pop up thermometer and elastic strings, slice and serve.
