Ingredients: Turkey • Water • Stuffing (toasted wheat crumbs, canola and/or sunflower oil, salt, dehydrated onion, dehydrated celery, spices, farina [wheat], yellow corn flour) • Canola oil • Salt • Cultured dextrose (cultured dextrose, corn maltodextrin) • Spice • Vinegar with natural flavour (dehydrated vinegar, citrus extract, spice) • Flavour • Sodium phosphates.

Cooking Instructions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

  • Remove Turkey Roast from packaging and place on a foil-lined roasting pan.

  • Lightly brush Turkey Roast with oil to prevent drying.

  • Cook roast for 3 hours to 3 hours and 15 minutes or until the pop up thermometer pops and the internal temperature of 165˚F (74˚C) is reached.

  • Remove roast from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

  • Carefully remove the pop up thermometer and elastic strings, slice and serve.
