Remove roast from protective packaging.
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Place roast into roasting pan and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 25 minutes or until the internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
Remove roast from pan and let rest for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove elastic strings from roast, slice and serve.
Cooking time is 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes.
