Ingredients: Beef, water, dehydrated beef stock, salt, dehydrated vinegar, spices, citrus extract.

Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  • Remove roast from protective packaging.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).

  • Place roast into roasting pan and cook for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 25 minutes or until the internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

  • Remove roast from pan and let rest for 10 minutes.

  • Carefully remove elastic strings from roast, slice and serve.

Convection Oven

  • Cooking time is 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes.
