Ingredients: Pork, bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke), water, sugar, vinegar, dehydrated pork flavour, salt, dehydrated vegetables (tomato, garlic, onion, red bell pepper), cultured dextrose (corn maltodextrin), Worcestershire sauce powder (sugars [refiner's molasses, glucose syrup, sugar], vinegar, caramel colour, garlic, tamarind, flavour, maltodextrin), sodium diacetate, yeast extract (salt), spices, hydrolysed canola protein, smoke flavour, citric acid.

Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  • Remove roast from protective packaging.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Place roast into roasting pan and cook for 1 hour or until pop up thermometer pops and the internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

  • Remove roast from pan and let rest for 10 minutes.

  • Carefully remove pop up thermometer from roast, slice and serve.

Convection Oven

  • Cooking time is 45 minutes to 50 minutes.
