Ingredients: Pork, water, dehydrated apple, seasoning [sugars (brown sugar, caramelized sugar), dehydrated onion, spices, tomato powder, dehydrated garlic, flavour], salt, vinegar, dehydrated pork flavour, sugar, cultured dextrose (corn maltodextrin), spice, flavour.

Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Remove tenderloin from protective packaging and place onto baking tray.

  • Cook for 40 to 60 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

  • Remove from tray and let rest for 5 minutes.

  • Slice and serve.

Convection Oven

  • Cooking time is 45 to 55 minutes.
