Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Remove tenderloin from protective packaging and place onto baking tray.
Cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.
Remove from tray and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
FOR CONVECTION OVEN, cooking time is 45 minutes to 55 minutes.
