Cooking Instructions
Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
BBQ
Preheat BBQ to medium high. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes, turning frequently.
Frying Pan
Cook over medium heat in a covered non-stick fry pan for 20 to 22 minutes, turning frequently.
Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cook sausages on foil-lined baking sheet for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once.
Clamshell Grill
Preheat to medium. Cook for 20 to 22 minutes, turning twice.
WHEN COOKING SAUSAGES: Do not pierce sausages; they'll lose their flavourful juices.
