Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Cook in preheated lidded barbecue on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once or twice.
Cook over medium heat in a lidded non-stick fry pan for 13 to 17 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Cook on a foil-lined baking sheet (makes for easier clean up) in a preheated 425°F (218°C) oven for 18 to 22 minutes, flipping once.
