Cooking Instructions

BBQ

  • Cook in a preheated lidded barbecue on medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs

  • Cook over medium heat in a lidded non-stick frying pan for 13 to 17 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C)

  • Cook on a foil-lined baking sheet for 18 to 22 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs
