Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
BBQ (For best results)
Cook in pre-heated barbecue on medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs.
Cook over medium-high heat in a non-stick fry pan for 4 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs.
Preheat oven to broil. Cook on a foil-lined baking sheet (makes for easier clean up) for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs.

Cook on a pre-heated electric grill set at a medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes, turning twice with tongs.
