Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat barbecue to medium.
Remove breast from package and place on grill.
Grill breast for 7 to 9 minutes, turning once or twice.
Remove breast from package and place in nonstick frying pan.
Cook over medium heat for 9 to 11 minutes, turning once or twice.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Remove breast from packaging and place on foil or parchment lined baking sheet.
Roast for 11 to 14 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Remove breast from package and place in grill.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
