Ingredients: Beef, Bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke), Water, Salt, Vinegar with natural flavour (dehydrated vinegar, citrus extract, spice), Cultured dextrose (cultured dextrose, corn maltodextrin), Sodium phosphates, Seasoning (dehydrated garlic, spices, dehydrated onion, brown sugar, dehydrated red bell pepper, flavour, canola oil), Spice.

Cooking Instructions

Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove product from packaging.

Grill

  • Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times.

  • Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Preheat frying pan on medium high.

  • Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of vegetable oil to hot frying pan.

  • Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes.

  • Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Clam Shell Electric Grill

  • Place on clam shell on medium for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
