Ingredients: Turkey, Bacon (pork, water, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, smoke), Water, Salt, Cultured dextrose (cultured dextrose, corn maltodextrin), Vinegar with natural flavour (dehydrated vinegar, citrus extract, spice), Sodium phosphate, Spice, Dehydrated garlic, Seasoning (dehydrated garlic, herbs and spices, dehydrated red bell pepper).

Cooking Instructions

Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove product from packaging.

Grill

  • Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times.

  • Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Preheat frying pan on medium high.

  • Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of vegetable oil to hot frying pan.

  • Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes.

  • Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Clam Shell Electric Grill

  • Place on clam shell on medium for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
