Cooking Instructions

Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

BBQ

  • Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat to medium.  

  • Grill for 13 - 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

TIP: Grill with the lid down to ensure meat is thoroughly cooked and remains juicy.

Frying Pan

  • Fry over medium heat in non-stick or lightly oiled pan for 10 - 12 minutes, turning frequently.
