Honey Dijon

2 steaks 200 g

Ingredients: Pork, water, spices (mustard), canola oil, salt, cultured dextrose (corn maltodextrin, dextrose, bacterial cultures), citric acid, sodium phosphate, dehydrated red bell pepper, tomato powder, dehydrated parsley, honey flavour, lemon juice powder, spice extracts, natural flavour (mustard).

Cooking Instructions

Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).


  • Cook in preheated lidded lightly oiled barbecue on medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Turn once or twice.

Frying Pan

  • Cook over medium heat in a lightly oiled non-stick fry pan for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Turn occasionally.


  • Place baking sheet about 6 inches (15 cm) away from heat source.

  • Broil on medium high heat for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Turn once. (Note: Individual ovens vary; these are guidelines only.)

Clamshell Grill

  • Cook on a preheated electric grill set at medium for 6 to 8 minutes.

  • Turn once or twice.
