Ingredients: Pork, water, canola oil, salt, dehydrated vegetables (red and green bell pepper, onion, garlic, parsley), spices, corn maltodextrin, cultured dextrose (corn maltodextrin), citric acid, sodium phosphate, chipotle pepper powder, lemon juice powder, spice extracts, natural flavour.

Cooking Instructions

Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).


  • Cook in preheated lidded lightly oiled barbecue on medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Turn once or twice.

Frying Pan

  • Cook over medium heat in a lightly oiled non-stick fry pan for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Turn occasionally.


  • Place baking sheet about 6 inches (15 cm) away from heat source.

  • Broil on medium high heat for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Turn once.

Clamshell Grill

  • Cook on a preheated electric grill set at medium for 6 to 8 minutes.

  • Turn once or twice.
