Ingredients: Pork, water, vinegar, salt, flavour, black pepper, cultured dextrose (corn maltodextrin).

Cooking Instructions

Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

BBQ

  • Preheat grill on medium-low and brush the grill with vegetable oil.

  • Place pork chops on grill.Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping 2 to 3 times throughout cooking time. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Remove pork chops from protective packaging and place into baking tray.

  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Frying Pan

  • Preheat frying pan on medium.

  • Place 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of oil on the pan.

  • Fry pork chops for 20 to 25 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times throughout cooking time.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
