Ingredients
1 320 g pkg Marcangelo Pork Souvlaki
4 whole grain tortillas
Guacamole
Finely chopped red or sweet onion
Shredded lettuce
Grated Cheddar cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Sour cream
Cooking Instructions
Cook kabobs as directed on package.
Warm tortillas and spread each with some guacamole, and sprinkle with onion, lettuce, cheese and tomato.
Place kabob at one edge of tortilla and wrap tortilla; serve with sour cream.
