Ingredients
675 g pkg. Marcangelo Jumbo Italian Pork Sausages, Sweet or Spicy
2 12” Par-Baked pizza crusts
½ cup white alfredo sauce or red salsa (or a combo of both!)
1 cup sweet white onion, chopped ¼” pieces
1/2 large green pepper, cored and chopped ½” pieces
1/2 large red pepper, cored and chopped ½” pieces
2½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
optional
2 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
pinch chili flakes
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Prepare Marcangelo Italian Sausages with your preferred cooking method as directed on package. Cool slightly and then cut into ¼” slices.
Spread both pizza crusts with your choice of sauce.
Top with chopped vegetables and sliced sausages. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese
Bake pizzas on centre rack for 15 to 18 minutes until cheese is melted and pizza is slightly golden around the edges.
Remove from oven and place on a cutting board to slice. Top with optional fresh oregano and chili flakes if desired.
