  • 1 500 g pkg Marcangelo Sausages – Mild Italian or Hot Italian

  • 1 pre-baked 12–inch pizza crust

  • 1/4 cup white cooking sauce or salsa

  • 1 cup chopped sweet onion, green and red pepper

  • 2 cups grated Mozzarella

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook sausages as directed on package; cut into chunks.

  2. Spread sauce or salsa onto crust.

  3. Add vegetables and sausages on top of sauce; sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Bake pizza at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
