12 oz pasta, any variety
2 cups chopped tomatoes, celery, sweet peppers and carrots
1/2 cup creamy or vinaigrette dressing
1 pkg of your favourite Marcangelo product: 500 g Sausages or 300 g Kabobs
Cook pasta as directed on package; drain well. Add chopped assorted vegetables. Toss with dressing, adding more dressing if desired. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Meanwhile cook sausages or kabobs as directed on package. Serve with the pasta salad.
