Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165˚F (74˚C).
If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking. To thaw, place product in refrigerator for 24 hours, or in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Remove chicken from the package and place on a baking pan.
Lightly brush the top of chicken with olive oil.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven and serve.
