Cooking Instructions

EASY PEEL PACKAGING

  • Separate film at corner and peel back to open.

  • Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C), as measured by a food thermometer.

For best results, follow the directions below:

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Remove roast from packaging and place on foil-lined tray.

  • Cook for 1 hour or until the blue pop-up thermometer pops up and an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

  • Remove the roast from the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • Carefully remove pop-up thermometer and twine. Slice and serve.
