Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  • Remove plastic lid from the foil pan.

  • Remove roast from protective packaging.

  • Place roast back into foil pan.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Cook for 1 hour 20 mins - 1 hour 30 mins or until green thermometer pops up and the internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

  • Remove from Pan and allow to rest for 10 mins.

  • Remove string ties and pop up thermometer, slice and serve.

Convection Oven

  • Remove plastic lid from the foil pan.

  • Remove roast from protective packaging.

  • Place roast back into foil pan.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

  • Cook for 1 hour 5 mins - 1 hour 15 mins or until green thermometer pops up and the internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached.

  • Remove from pan and allow to rest for 10 mins.

  • Remove string ties and pop up thermometer, slice and serve.
