Cook from frozen. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Remove frozen skewers from package and place on the grill, frying pan, or in the oven as a block and separate as they become warm. Season with salt, spices and/or lemon juice immediately after cooking.
• Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat barbecue to medium. • Grill for 10 to 13 minutes, turning frequently until browned.
• Preheat non-stick fry pan over medium high heat. • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently.
• Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and place skewers on foil or parchment lined baking sheet. • Cook for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once or twice.
• Preheat grill to medium high. • Cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
