Ingrédients
Mango Salsa
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 red finger chili, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
½ lime, juiced
Pinch cayenne pepper
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, picked
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. Marcangelo Al Pastor Pork Sirloin Strips
8 5” soft corn tortillas

For the mango salsa, in a small bowl, toss together the diced mango, red chili, lime juice, cayenne and cilantro. Season to taste.
Prepare the Marcangelo Al Pastor Pork Sirloin Strips according to package instructions: heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high. Sauté the strips, turning occasionally, until nicely seared and cooked through, about 7 to 9 minutes.
To serve tacos, divide the Al Pastor Strips between the warmed corn tortillas. Top generously with mango salsa, fold up and enjoy while hot!
