200g pkg. Marcangelo Korean Style BBQ Beef Skewers

1½ cups sugar snap peas, strings removed
2 portions Asian noodles, rice or vegetable potstickers
Instructions de Cuissons
To prepare the spicy sesame dressing, combine all the ingredients -toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, mirin, chili crisp, toasted sesame seeds, garlic and ginger, together in a small bowl stirring to dissolve the sugar.
To cook the Korean Style Beef Skewers grill on a preheated BBQ (or in a non-stick skillet on the stove) on medium-high for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs.
Steam or boil the asparagus and sugar snaps in a saucepan of lightly salted water until bright green and tender crisp, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and toss the asparagus and sugar snaps with some of the spicy sesame dressing. Pile the skewers and the crunchy greens onto a serving platter.
Serve with remaining sesame dressing and your choice of Asian noodles, rice or vegetable potstickers.
